Dietary Analysis

Diet can play an important part of a person's overall health and wellness. Many of the current dietary trends and the access to poor quality foods have contributed to many people functioning on a less than optimum state of health. Symptoms such as fluctuating energy levels, tiredness, mood changes, bloating, flatus, irregular or overly regular bowel motions, allergies, bad breath, poor sleep, lowered immunity and other symptoms can all be associated with poor dietary habits. Also many chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, cancer and arthritis are thought to have a dietary component.

A dietary analysis looks at your current diet, including eating habits and lifestyle. It examines how to make healthy and practical changes to suit and improve your own personal constitution. In particular a dietary analysis will look at the type and quality of food you are eating, the cooking methods and the combinations and ratios of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.
